Best shows of Rothbury '08
I didn't get to see a lot of the shows I wanted to, as I was spending almost all of my time at the climate change talks. But I did see Black Keys, Sam Beam, Modest Mouse, Snoop and I heard John Mayer from a distance.
Modest Mouse was among the cooler shows I've ever seen. Super, super loud. Two drummers, and the lead singer must have ripped his vocal cords to shreds singing as loud as he did. Black Keys started slow, but for two people, they rocked out. Not quite as high energy as Jack White, but pretty cool nonetheless.
